Entree options include a choice of HyPlains Filet Mignon, Grilled Salmon, Parmigiano-Reggiano Risotto, Grilled Duroc Pork Chop, or Grilled Chicken Breast. All of the entrees come with accompanying sides and optional wine pairings are available.

For dessert, guests can choose from Maple Panna Cotta with pecan praline, New York Style Cheesecake with macerated berries, or Chocolate Ganache Tart with vanilla ice cream.

Nordic Yurt Dinners @ Soldier Hollow

There is still time to get in on the unique Wilderness Access Outfitters Nordic Yurt Dinners at Soldier Hollow Nordic Center this season, which continue Wednesday through Sunday through April 30. Here is what the organizers say about the Nordic Yurt evenings: “A guided evening snowshoeing a half mile through the star lit forest of Soldier Hollow, to a warm inviting yurt. Here we will be preparing a private fine dining experience with a 4-course meal, an intimate fire, and the outdoor experience you are searching for this winter. Enjoy your evening making S’mores by the fire, or inside the warmth of the yurt with friends and family.”

The cost for the Nordic Yurt Dinners at Soldier Hollow is $165 per adult and $125 per child under 12, plus tax and 20% gratuity and include a 4-course meal, guided snowshoeing tour, snowshoe rental, guide, and park admission. These evenings are BYO beer & wine affairs; no alcohol is served. Make reservations online or by calling 435-602-4022.

Hearth & Hill Wine Dinner

The folks from Leave Room For Dessert Eateries reached out to me with this information about their first-ever wine dinner. “The family-owned hospitality group is presenting the first-ever wine dinner at its award-winning flagship bistro Hearth and Hill, in Park City on Saturday, April 15th. A collaboration with Italian winemaker Alessandro de Stefani of DeStefani Wines, the Hearth and Hill kitchen team will present a five-course feast crafted for wine picks from Alessandro himself. Throughout the night, guests will be able to indulge in plates including a scallop Crudo, with citrus ponzu, caramelized peach and mint, and a succulent Duck, served with forbidden rice, snap peas, a bright citrus jus and pickled chilis. Seats to the dinner cost $85/per person, with additional wine pairings available for an additional $40.”
