Mexican Pop-Up at Hill’s Kitchen

Earlier this month Hill’s Kitchen in Park City launched an enticing new Mexican food pop-up called Hill’s Cantina by Hill’s Kitchen

Led by Hill’s Kitchen Banquet Chef Alvaro Cisneros, of Guanajuato, Mexico, the pop-up menu offers tacos, quesadillas, burrito bowls, and family dinner packs (perfect for taking the guesswork out of dinner on a busy day!).

According to Chef Cisneros and the folks at Hill’s Kitchen, “The stars of the menu are the assortment of delicious proteins, including Chipotle Chicken Tinga, Beef Barbacoa, Steak, and Vegetable Fajitas. Patrons are able to garnish their orders with a variety of toppings like onion, lime, cilantro, grilled pineapple, pickled onion, and their favorite picks from a fully stocked salsa bar. Along with entrees, Hill’s Cantina offers desserts like Churros and indulgent Dulce de Leche Flan, as well as classic Mexican beverages such as horchata, aguas frescas (flavored fruit juices), and canned Modelo and Pacifico beers. Hill’s Cantina will be open for service every Friday and Saturday night from 4 pm to 8 pm.”

Lunch at The Pearl

Fans of Tommy Nguyen’s cooking and hospitality – and there are legions of them – will be thrilled to know that The Pearl is now offering lunch service, Tuesday through Friday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Now, guests can enjoy Nguyen’s Vietnamese cuisine during lunch with dishes such as pho, ginger soy pork belly, Vietnamese sausage, fish sauce wings, banh mi, and more, including killer cocktails.

Crumb Brothers Retail Closes

For many years – since opening in 2004 – Crumb Brothers Bakery in Logan has been a favorite for artisan bread lovers, operating a retail outlet and supplying many restaurants and stores with their fine baked goods, including Liberty Heights Fresh, Caputo’s Market & Deli, Whole Foods, the Downtown Farmers Market, and many more.

Well, the folks at Crumb Brothers have made the decision to pull the plug on their retail outlet. Posting on Instagram, they said, “Dear valued patrons and friends, It is with a heavy heart that we share bittersweet news with our cherished Crumb Brothers community. After much reflection and consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close our doors permanently as far as our daily retail establishment.”

“We are moving our focus to our growing artisan bread and pastry delivery business that will deliver our product directly to your door with free delivery at as much as a 25% discount to our members. We are still able to host beautiful events like weddings, family gatherings, and corporate events, all of which will still allow the community to use our wonderful facilities. Visit our website at crumbbrothersbakery.com for more information.”

They continued, thanking their customers for their loyal support saying, “Crumb Brothers has been more than just a place to dine; it’s been a home for shared moments, laughter, and unforgettable culinary experiences. We are immensely grateful for the support you’ve shown us over the years. We want to express our gratitude to our incredible staff, who have been the heart and soul. Your passion and dedication have made every meal memorable, and we couldn’t be more thankful for the time we’ve spent together. To our loyal patrons, thank you for your unwavering support and for making Crumb Brothers a part of your lives. We hope our paths cross again in the future, and until then, we carry your warmth and friendship in our hearts.”
