Happy Camper-Epic Beer Dinner

The Happy Camper Deli and Bakery at Gardner Village is teaming with Epic Brewing for a special dinner and beer tasting on January 20.

Happy Camper Deli and Bakery has teamed up with Epic Brewing Company to host a special dinner with a beer tasting. The Happy Camper beer dinner experience will feature five culinary delights paired with five delicious brews. Explore the complimenting flavors of juicy IPAs paired with a mouthwatering Reuben, or the bright flavors of sour ales contrasting the earthy notes of beet salad.

The beer dinner will take place on Saturday, January 20th at 7 pm at Happy Camper Deli & Bakery located in the historic Gardner Village. Included: Reserved seating, a selection of five unique beer tastings accompanied by expert descriptions, a five-course dining experience thoughtfully paired with each beer, the chance to order your favorite beers, and a complimentary souvenir Epic Brewery tasting mug. Tickets are $30 per person and can be purchased from happycamperdeli.com.

Ted Scheffler

Originally trained as an anthropologist, Ted Scheffler is a seasoned food, wine, and travel writer based in Utah. He loves cooking, skiing, music, and reading, and spends an inordinate amount of time tending to his ever-growing herd of guitars and amplifiers. Ted is also the author of the Utah Bites newsletter, which is published in partnership with Utah Stories. Before moving to Utah, Ted lived in New York City, and numerous states in the US, as well as in various countries overseas, Spain, Japan, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico.
