Red Rock Beer & Food Pairing Class

As part of the Park City Area Restaurant Association’s “Park City Plated” series, three chef-inspired dishes will be paired with award-winning Red Rock Brewery beers while Red Rock shares “tips, tricks and expert advice on pairing best practices.”

Red Rock Beer & Food Pairing Class

On Friday, December 6th, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., the Park City Junction Red Rock Brewery located in the Redstone Center will host an evening featuring an educational dinner with a focus on pairing food with beer.

As part of the Park City Area Restaurant Association’s “Park City Plated” series, three chef-inspired dishes will be paired with award-winning Red Rock Brewery beers while Red Rock shares “tips, tricks and expert advice on pairing best practices.”

The $25 ticket (21-and-over) gets attendees an appetizer, entree, dessert, and three specially selected craft beer pairings from Red Rock. Reservations can be made by calling 435-575-0295 or emailing amanda@redrockbrewing.com.
