Eat, drink, and be merry at Tracy Aviary
In my opinion, the one food and wine event of the summer not to miss is Eat Drink SLC, which will take place on Wednesday, July 10 from 6:30 to 9:30 pm at Tracy Aviary.
The frolicking summer soiree has sold out every year since it began in 2015, so be sure to score your tickets early.
Eating and drinking with a cause
Since 2015, Eat Drink SLC has raised more than $45,000 for its nonprofit beneficiaries and is hosted under a nonprofit partnership consisting of Tracy Aviary and SB Dance with a mission to “strengthen places, people, and art in our community.”
The community partner for 2019 is Neighborhood House.
Vendors vendors vendors!
During Eat Drink SLC, attendees 21 and over will wander the lush grounds of Tracy Aviary on a (hopefully) beautiful summer evening sampling artisan foods and non-alcoholic beverages from nearly 40 purveyors.
In addition, Vine Lore Wine & Spirits and some 24 wineries, 3 breweries, and 5 distilleries will be pouring adult libations.
Breweries and distilleries
The breweries and distilleries in attendance at Eat Drink SLC 2019 will include Wandering Aengus Ciderworks, Red Rock Brewery, Level Crossing Brewing Co, 3 Badge Mixology, Beehive Distilling, Medley Brothers, Ogden’s Own, and Waterpocket Distillery.
wineries and winemakers
The list is too long to mention all of the wineries and winemakers that will be at Eat Drink SLC 2019, but a few notable ones include Adelsheim Vineyard, Cinder Winery, Duckhorn Vineyards, French Libation, Lorenza Winery, Champagne Laurent-Perrier, Obsidian Wine Company, Piattelli Vineyards, Terrestoria, and Willamette Valley Vineyards.
2019 sponsors
Sponsors for this year’s event are Tracy Aviary, Visit Salt Lake, Vine Lore Wine & Spirits, SB Dance, and Nicholas and Company.
Eats
Among the artisan food purveyors, restaurants, and chefs who’ll be serving gourmet noshes are (again, too many to list them all) Beltex Meats, Copper Onion, Cucina, Fire and Slice, Hearth and Hill, Lake Effect, Nuch’s, Pallet, Park City Culinary Institute, Provisions, Amour Cafe, SLC Eatery, Stoneground, Whiskey Street, and many more.
Come to Tracy Aviary for the food, stay for the entertainment
If that weren’t enough, Eat Drink SLC also features live music and entertainment and a top-notch team of servers and volunteers who make each and every event run like clockwork.
I hope to see you at Tracy Aviary on July 10th!
