Quick & easy

I really like this quick & easy recipe for shrimp sautéed with Moroccan-style spices, which takes only a few minutes to prepare. I usually serve it with couscous or rice.

Either way, this easy shrimp dish won’t disappoint.

Moroccan Spiced Shrimp

Ingredients:

1 lb. jumbo shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Minced garlic
1 ½ tsp ground cumin
1 ½ tsp sweet paprika
1 ½ tsp hot paprika
1 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp ground cayenne pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
Parsley or cilantro, minced, for garnish

Cooking Moroccan spiced shrimp

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, spices, salt and pepper and cook, stirring, 1-2 minutes.
2. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for a few minutes, stirring and flipping, until they turn pink.
3. Transfer the shrimp to a serving dish and garnish with parsley or cilantro.
