Royal Street’s New “Barbie’s Bad Decision” Cocktail
The Park City Area Restaurant Association (PCARA) Mountain Mixer Park City cocktail contest is officially underway, and Deer Valley Resort’s contender hails from mid-mountain’s Royal Street Café. Mixologist Alex Gonzales brings Barbie’s Bad Decision to the cocktail menu this month, a bright, juicy sipper with unexpected depth and spontaneity.

The cocktail combines Volcan Blanco tequila, Yellow Chartreuse, raspberry coulis, and lime juice. It will be available at Royal Street Café through July 31, 2026. The top 10 finalists in the Mountain Mixer competition will be announced on August 1, with the live finale taking place August 22 at Deer Valley’s Silver Lake Lodge.
