Many Meals for Mom: Where to Dine on Mother’s Day 2024

Mother’s Day is just around the corner, on Sunday, May 12th. You know what that means: Don’t even THINK about letting mom near the kitchen on her special day. Treat her to a delicious meal at one of our local restaurants. Here are some good ones.

Celebrate mom with a 3-course prix fixe menu ($65 per person) at Park City’s Butcher’s Chop House with an optional wine pairing ($30 per person) from 4 – 9 p.m. Begin with a choice of soup or salad before selecting between hearty mains of airline chicken, New York strip, blackened ahi tuna, or pesto gnocchi, and finish with your choice of a sorbet trio, crème brulee, or brownie sundae. Alpenglobe reservations require the 3-course prix fixe menu, but the dining room and bar (21+ only) will also offer the full dinner menu.

The Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet at Emigration Cafe features a number of platters & salads such as grilled asparagus, avocado toast, marinated mozzarella, artisan cheese & meat; hot items like shrimp & grits, Asiago stuffed gnocchi, grilled & carved tri tip steak, blackened salmon tacos, brioche French toast, and much more, including an array of desserts and pastries. $65/adults; $24/kids 11 & under; $10 kids 5 & under, plus tax and 20% gratuity. 

Our friends at Flanker Kitchen + Sporting Club have a sense of humor with their Mother’s Day MIWTBW (Mothers I Want To Brunch With). “Celebrate Mother’s Day in style with our “Mothers I Want to Brunch With” brunch! Treat Mom to a special brunch experience filled with love, laughter, and delectable dishes from our exclusive Mother’s Day menu. Pair your meal with $5 Bloody Marys, Mimosas, and $60 Rose Bottles, creating the perfect toast to Mom’s special day. Join us as we raise a toast to the incredible mothers in our lives and create cherished memories together at Flanker Kitchen + Sporting Club’s Mother’s Day Brunch!”

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is offering mom and her guests a special 3-course lunch menu, available Saturday, May 11 at 11 am and Sunday, May 12 at 10 am. Starters are a choice of Strawberry Fennel Salad OR Potato Leek Soup, followed by entree choices of Pan-Roasted Maitake Mushroom Cavatappi ($64) with Grilled Chicken OR Sun-Dried Tomato & Spinach Stuffed Pork Chop ($68) OR Baby Gem Shellfish Louie ($52) OR Surf & Turf ($80) with 8 OZ hand-cut Filet Mignon with your choice of North Atlantic Lobster Tail or Alaskan Golden King Crab Legs, served with drawn butter. Dessert is a Lime Cheesecake Tart. The $80 Surf & Turf option is available all day, not just for lunch. 

Hub & Spoke Diner will offer guests a special Mother’s Day Buffet from 8:30 am to 3 pm, featuring Hub & Spoke brunch favorites like Classic Benedict, Crab Benedict, Chicken & Waffle, Kentucky Hot Brown, Classic French Toast, Vegan Grit Skillet, Build Your Own Omelet, La Barba Coffee and more. Mimosas, bar offerings, and full espresso bar drinks are also available to order. Reservations are recommended; a small number of un-reserved seats will also be available on the patio only. $59.99/adults; $29.99/kids under 12. 

In Park City’s Canyons Village, Hyatt Centric Park City’s restaurant epc invites families to celebrate Mother’s Day with Sunday brunch from 11 am to 1 pm. The menu features favorites like Chicken & Waffles and Vosen’s Bread Paradise Pastry Bread Pudding along with some special additions like pan-seared scallops, quiche with black forest ham and Beehive Hatch chile cheese. A la carte brunch items run from $12 to $25. 

Kimi’s Chop & Oyster House will host a Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet with an array of menu items including Eggs Benedict, Spinach & Feta Frittata, Swedish Caviar eggs, Poached Norwegian Salmon, Baked Brie, Caprese Salad, Roasted Prime Rib, Bourbon-Glazed Ham, Roasted Norwegian Halibut, Local Cheeseboard & Charcuterie, and much more. $84.50/adults; $28/children 6-11; $14/children 3-5; kids under 3/free.  8.9% sales tax and 25% service charge will be added to your final check.

Celebrate mom with a family-friendly brunch at KITA in Pendry Park City with a very special breakfast offering of a hot buffet, create-your-own-omelet option, and multiple stations including but not limited to a Prime Rib carving station and two stations where guests can customize their own avocado toast and mimosas. $70 per adult, $35 per child.

Chef Dave Jones at Log Haven has crafted a special three-course Mother’s Day menu, offered on Mother’s Day from noon to 5 pm. The first course is a choice of Asparagus-Leek Soup with shiitake mushroom, and crème fraîche or Arugula Salad with toasted almond, dried cherries, ricotta salata, and lemon-honey dressing. There’s a bevy of entree options: Grilled Hy-Plains Filet Mignon with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, balsamic brown butter, and Marchande de vin OR Grilled Bakkafrost Salmon with basmati rice cake, shrimp, English pea salsa, and lemon-mustard sauce OR Honey-Brined Organic Chicken Breast with ricotta polenta, brown butter butternut squash, smoked almonds, and Granny Smith apple OR Grilled Duroc Pork with cheddar grits, roasted heirloom carrots, and blackberry gastrique OR Parmigiano-Reggiano Risotto with roasted local mushrooms, mushroom broth, tomato coulis and extra virgin olive oil. For dessert, there’s a choice of Maple Brulee with huckleberry OR New York Cheesecake with macerated strawberries OR Milk Chocolate Ganache Tart with vanilla ice cream. $89/adults; $50/children under 12.  

Montage Deer Valley invites guests to “Enjoy a special brunch including a delightful selection of delicious dishes, from red wine-braised leg of lamb to omelet stations, and refreshing drinks as we honor the moms in our lives. Enjoy a relaxing morning together, creating cherished memories over great food and good company. $95 per person, $35 per child (12 and under).”

Pago will host a Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 12th from 10 am to 4 pm. First course choices include Beet Salad OR Kale Caesar Salad OR Bibb Lettuce Salad OR Smoked Salmon Tart. Second course options include Pago Breakfast OR Eggs Benedict OR Stuffed French Toast OR Salmon Kedgeree OR 5 oz Flat Iron Steak OR Pago Burger. Included beverages: Logos Coffee, The Queen’s Tea, Fresh Squeezed Juices & Soda. $55 per person plus tax & 20% gratuity; $35/ 12 and under. 

The folks at Riverhorse on Main in Park City invite you and yours to “Indulge in an all-you-can-eat Mother’s Day Tapas Brunch from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. with an exquisite selection of bite-sized wonders, meticulously crafted by Riverhorse’s esteemed chef using the freshest, most flavorful ingredients. $125 for adults, $75 for kids 12 and under.”

Rodizio Grill will celebrate Mom Friday through Sunday, May 10-12 with a special expanded menu including Beef Ribs and Salmon with Passion Fruit Sauce. Choice of select dessert is also included. $47.99/adult; $13.99/kids age 7-11; Kids under 2 are complementary with paying adult. All moms will receive a special offer for future visit: One Complimentary Dinner (with purchase of another).

On Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 12, from 9 am to 2 pm, The Salt Republic at the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City will host a sumptuous buffet of brunch favorites including King Crab Legs, Kumamoto Oysters, Fire Grilled Steak, Backyard BBQ Chicken, Oquirrh Mountain Elk and Slow Roasted Lamb Leg from the Rotisserie, and more. Open to both guests of the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City and locals, the upscale lobby-level restaurant is an ideal place to celebrate a memorable Mother’s Day. Pricing starts at $75 per adult and $37.50 for children 12 and under. Children under 6 eat free. Tickets are available on Tock. 

Mother’s Day Brunch at Stanza runs from 10 am to 3 pm and will feature special brunch and cocktail offerings. The a la carte brunch menu runs from small plates such as Burrata ($18) and Mascarpone Polenta ($13) and soups & salads ($8-$13), to pastas ($26-$42), and brunch items like Wagyu Ribeye and Eggs ($52), Duck Confit Hash ($34), Jumbo Gulf Shrimp & Grits ($30), and Eggs Benedict ($30). Kids brunch items (for ages 10 and under) include Croissant French Toast ($13) and a Stanza Breakfast ($12) with scrambled eggs, potatoes, and choice of bacon or sausage. 

Tucanos Brazilian Grill will offer a special Mother’s Day menu available on Friday, May 10 from 11 to 3 for lunch and on Saturday, May 11 for lunch (3 pm to 11 pm) and dinner (all day). Special Mother’s Day selections include Prime Rib, Bacon-wrapped Center-cut Sirloin, Atlantic Salmon, Grilled Shrimp, and Salted Caramel Chocolate Truffle, along with your favorite selections of meats, seafood and Tucanos Unlimited Salad Festival. Lunch is priced at $26.95; Dinner is $36.95. Mother’s Day Home Meal for 2 is also available from Tucanos for $84.95: order deadline is May 9 by 9 pm. 

The folks at Tuscany invite you to “spoil your mom with a beautiful dining experience and a delightful brunch at Tuscany. Mother’s Day Brunch is from 10 am to 2 pm and featured buffet items include a Gourmet Omelet Bar, Chilled Seafood, Prime Rib, Honey-Glazed Ham, Fresh Salads, and Assorted House Made Breads & Desserts. “Order at the Table” items include Traditional Eggs Benedict, Eggs Florentine with spinach & tomato, and House Made Waffles with whipped butter and maple syrup. 

This invitation comes from the folks at Urban Hill: “This year, leave the Mother’s Day brunch planning to the award-winning team at Urban Hill with a delightful meal fit for a queen. On Sunday, May 12th from 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., 2024 James Beard finalist Executive Chef Nick Zocco is serving up a brunch buffet filled with a variety of elevated offerings all moms will love. Indulge in favorites such as Peppercorn Rosemary Prime Rib, Lemon Blueberry Ricotta Pancakes, Smoked Salmon Platter, pastries from Urban Hill’s sister restaurant Hill’s Kitchen and much more. $79/adults; $35 children 5-12; complimentary for children 4 and under. 

Bill White’s Windy Ridge Cafe in Park City celebrates Mom’s special day with a brunch buffet that will feature Windy Ridge Bakery pastries, fresh seafood, prime rib, Snake River ham steaks, eggs benedict, and other traditional breakfast favorites. May 12, 10 am to 4 pm. $65 adults; $25 children 12 and under.
