Dos Olas Opens
Located in The Plaza at Canyons Village in Park City, Dos Olas Cantina opened for business last week. It’s a terrific addition to the Park City dining/drinking scene featuring Mexican classics like enchiladas de pollo, carne asada, ceviche, queso fundido, tacos, burritos, homemade salsas, and much more, including an impressive selection of mescals and tequilas.
Dos Olas means “two waves” in Spanish and the folks at Dos Olas Cantina says that the name is a “nod to the [two waves] that keep us inspired, on the mountain and in the sea. And we bring that sense of inspiration, creativity and variety to the kitchen, in everything we do.” Dos Olas is open daily from 5 to 10 P.M.
