Laurel Now Serving Sunday Brunch
Sunday brunch is back at The Grand America Hotel with the recent opening of Laurel Brasserie & Bar. As always, it’s an opulent unlimited brunch buffet for a pretty reasonable price: $55/adults; $27.50 kids 5-12, and complimentary self-parking. Sunday brunch is served every Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Executive Chef Fernando Soberanis and his talented team pull out all the stops with a vast selection of dishes from numerous food and dessert stations. Last week’s carving station featured Roasted Porchetta and there is always a custom omelet station as well as a plethora of breakfast items, plus fresh-made pizzas, seafood, wild rice pilaf, jumbo shrimp, fresh-baked breads of all kinds; desserts aplenty, hot main dishes and sides, cold salads, and much, much more. Why, there’s even a low, easily accessible kids’ station with favorites like creamy macaroni and cheese, chicken tenders and such.
Music lovers will appreciate the live jazz during brunch. There really is something for everybody to enjoy at The Grand America’s Sunday Brunch. Look for a more in-depth review of Sunday Brunch at Laurel in an upcoming Utah Bites.
