Park City Plated @ Escala

In August the Park City Area Restaurant Association (PCARA) introduced a new initiative, Park City Plated. Each month the program features a different Park City area restaurant offering a special dinner and menu which is value-priced. “Park City Plated is a brand-new way for guests to sample our community’s diverse dining scene,” said PCARA executive director Ginger Wicks.

On Thursday, November 7th, Escala Provisions Company Restaurant & Bar in the Hyatt Centric Park City will be the scene of this month’s Park City Plated event. Chef David Schuler will present a special 4-course menu of dishes paired with locally crafted beers from Epic Brewing Company. The event is limited to 20 people and will begin at 5 pm. The cost is $50 for the 4-course menu and $20 for the (optional) beer pairings. Phone 435-615-4229 for reservations.
