On Wednesday, October 9, 2024 starting at 7:00 PM, the folks at Scion Cider invite guests to join them and Raclette Queen for “an unforgettable evening of ooey-gooey, cheesy goodness at Scion Cider!”
They said, “Once a month, we’re bringing the alpine tradition of raclette to your table, with a hands-on experience like no other.”
“Gather around the raclette machine to melt your own cheese, grill your charcuterie, and indulge in the perfect pairings of French and champagne-inspired ciders from the extensive menu.”
“It’s a fun, interactive feast that will warm your heart and soul—come for the cheese, stay for the cider!”
Included in the evening are:
Leafy green salad with classic French dijon vinaigrette
La Charlotte boiled potatoes
Imported Mifroma raclette cheese, sharp yet subtle, exquisitely melted
Tart cornichon pickles
Fine charcuterie selections, such as prosciutto, salami and cappacuolo
Dessert bites to round out the meal
“A special menu of featured beverages will rotate with each dinner event for pairing options a la carte, by the glass, can & bottle. Full menu of local craft beer, spirits & cocktails, wine and non-alcoholic beverages available.”
“Seating is communal, and reservations are required, as we will be closed to the public during dinner hours – so secure your seats today, as seating is limited!”
The cost for the October Raclette Dinner at Scion Cider is $55 per person, tax & service charge included. If you can’t make it to this Raclette Dinner, I’m told that the Raclette Dinner Series will repeat in November and December.
