Windy Ridge Beer Dinner

Park City’s Windy Ridge Cafe is the venue for a 4-course beer dinner in November.

Park City restaurateur Bill White and his team invite guests 21 and over to “Join us for an unforgettable night of delicious brews and mouth-watering cuisine at Windy Ridge Cafe. Experience a delectable 4-course beer dinner, perfectly paired with the distinct flavors of Offset Bier. The pairings are as follows: Welcome appetizer of Peach and Goat Cheese Bruschetta and India Pale Ale (Modern IPA); followed by Belgian Endive with Citrus Vinaigrette, paired with Pale Lager (South German-style Pils). The second course will be Creamy Butternut Squash with creme fraiche and toasted pumpkin seeds and Jackson Hop Farm IPA. The third course is Braised Osso Bucco with Horseradish Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus, paired with DOPO (Modern IPA). Dessert will be Sticky Whiskey Date Cake and Drawn to the Dark Bourbon Barrel-aged Baltic porter.

The Windy Ridge Offset Bier dinner starts at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 16th and is priced at $65 per person, which includes tax and gratuity.

Ted Scheffler

Originally trained as an anthropologist, Ted Scheffler is a seasoned food, wine, and travel writer based in Utah. He loves cooking, skiing, music, and reading, and spends an inordinate amount of time tending to his ever-growing herd of guitars and amplifiers. Ted is also the author of the Utah Bites newsletter, which is published in partnership with Utah Stories. Before moving to Utah, Ted lived in New York City, and numerous states in the US, as well as in various countries overseas, Spain, Japan, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico. He earned a Master’s Degree in Anthropology from the Graduate Faculty of The New School for Social Research.
