St. Regis at Deer Valley previews three Springtime Dining Specials. Beehive Cheese partners with Scion Cider Beer for a series of educational events. 2024 Queer Food FEASTival at Mountain West Hard Cider coming in May.


Springtime Dining Specials at St. Regis Deer Valley

The St. Regis Deer Valley, located in Park City, rolled out three Springtime Dining Specials for Utahns earlier this week. The Specials include “St. Regis Beer & Burger for $25” during lunch and dinner on Tuesdays; “Relish RIME” when all menu items at The St. Regis Deer Valley’s award-winning signature restaurant RIME are discounted 20% (excluding alcohol) during dinner every Wednesday; and “Complimentary Corkage,” featuring complimentary corkage and wine service with your own bottle of wine every Thursday at RIME, Brasserie 7452 and the St. Regis Bar. Here are the details from the St. Regis Deer Valley. 

St. Regis Beer and Burger for $25: “Savor a 7452 Cheeseburger with Classic Frites and a St. Regis Beer for $25 during lunch or dinner every Tuesday in the sophisticated and convivial St. Regis Bar that features supple leather seating and a stunning triptych mural paying homage to the mining history of Park City; or the light-filled French bistro Brasserie 7452, with its three-sided fireplace.  Enjoy the Resort’s 7452 Cheeseburger made with two patties, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and smoked tomato mayo served on a brioche bun with Classic Frites.  The Special includes a St. Regis Signature Beer- Cousin Jack IPA, Tipsy Trolley Pilsner, Main Street Mexican Lager or 537 Imperial Pilsner.  If a non-alcoholic libation is preferred, refreshing mocktails are available such as such as Pineapple Ginger Fizz, made with Pineapple Juice and Ginger Beer and rimmed with Taijin.”

Relish RIME: “Enjoy a 20% discount on all RIME menu items every Wednesday including Roasted Idaho Trout, Niman Ranch 8 oz Filet, Grilled Utah Lamb Chops and Local Mushroom Risotto.  RIME, the Resort’s award-winning signature restaurant, features fresh seafood flown in daily from Maine, Nantucket and Hawaii and sustainably sourced prime cuts for an incomparable dining experience in a luxurious mountainside setting.  Dine indoors or al fresco, both with stunning views of the Wasatch Range.  Discount does not include alcohol.”

Complimentary Corkage: “Enjoy your own bottle of wine with complimentary corkage and wine service every Thursday for lunch or dinner at the St. Regis Bar, Brasserie 7452 or RIME (open for dinner only).  Limited to two 750ml bottles or one 1.5ml bottle.”

Flights & Bites with Beehive Cheese 

Scion Cider Bar has partnered with Utah’s own Beehive Cheese to create a fun new series of educational events to highlight the natural complement between fine craft ciders and artisan cheeses.

The folks at Scion Cider Bar and Beehive Cheese invite guests 21 and over to “Join us WEDNESDAY, MAY 1st at 7PM for a unique date night or gals & pals night out activity to learn about cheese & hard cider.”

“Cheese expert and educator, Heather Cox from Beehive will take Scioneers through a special flight of FIVE of the local creamery’s flagship cheddar cheeses, crafted at the mouth of Weber Canyon, near Ogden, Utah.”

To complement each cheese’s unique flavors, from earthy to nutty to spicy – Scion Cider Bar will curate unique pairings of fine craft cider, with a curated flight and optional By The Glass servings.”

“Advance registration for the cheese flight is required to ensure accurate preparation, and reserved seating for this event and the presentation. Scion’s additional bar snacks, charcuterie & conservas plates will also be available to order as usual. 2024 Queer Food FEASTival

The 2024 Queer Food FEASTival will take place at Mountain West Hard Cider on Friday, May 10, from 5:30 pm to 9 pm. 

Here what the organizers say about the event. “In partnership with local LGBTQ and ally-owned and operated restaurants, breweries, and providers of spirits, the Utah LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present the 2024 Queer Food FEASTival – a springtime celebration of community and abundance! The focus of the FEAST will not only be the food, but also the nourishment we provide each other through gathering and breaking bread together — a taste of Queer Salt Lake! This Friday evening event will feature culinary creations, craft cocktails, and fabulous entertainment. Join in the fun and help support our local entertainers & food/beverage suppliers.”

“Admission is $35 for Chamber Members; $45 for General Public – includes all tasty tidbits, entertainment and one complimentary specialty cocktail. Discounted admission available for seniors, students, people with disabilities, single parents and any who require a more accessible admission price. This is a 21+ event.”
