Terrestoria Wine Dinner

On Sunday, July 30th at Pago on Main, Stephanie will conduct a Terrestoria Masterclass Wine Dinner: “New Wines from Italy.”

Stephanie Cuadra is the founder of Utah-based Terrestoria Imports and she lives both in Utah and in Italy. Currently, she is back stateside and eager to share some new wine gems she curated while living in Italy. That includes the new vintage of her own wine: La Sorte Cuadra ‘Silos’ which she makes with her husband/partner in Puglia. 

On Sunday, July 30th at Pago on Main, Stephanie will conduct a Terrestoria Masterclass Wine Dinner: “New Wines from Italy.” The menu and wine pairings looks like this: 

Welcome: TUNA TARTARE + Raw tuna, apple, black garlic aioli, shallot, quail egg + Tenuta Madres ‘I Sognatori’ ‘20 | FIANO | Campania, Italy

Vegetable: CAULIFLOWER CARBONARA + guanciale, Pecorino, egg yolk, black pepper, pangrattato + La Sorte Cuadra ‘Silos’ ‘15 | VERDECA/BIANCO D’ALLESANO/MINUTOLO/MARESCO | Puglia, Italy

Pasta: ROTOLO PASTA + English peas, local mushrooms, garlic cream + Chiara Condello ‘Le Lucciole’ ‘21 | SANGIOVESE | Romagna, Italy

Main: BEEF & BROCCOLI + cheddar fondue + Famiglia Demelas ‘Giogu’ ‘20 | CANNONAU | Sardinia, Italy

Dessert: FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE TORTE + (VG, GF) + Mint & white chocolate namelaka, blackberry jam, cacao nibs

The cost per person for the New Wines from Italy wine dinner is Wine $45 – Food $55 +tax 8.75% + 20% service charge ($124.56 all inclusive). Tickets can be purchased on Tock.
