Stephanie Cuadra is the founder of Utah-based Terrestoria Imports and she lives both in Utah and in Italy. Currently, she is back stateside and eager to share some new wine gems she curated while living in Italy. That includes the new vintage of her own wine: La Sorte Cuadra ‘Silos’ which she makes with her husband/partner in Puglia.
On Sunday, July 30th at Pago on Main, Stephanie will conduct a Terrestoria Masterclass Wine Dinner: “New Wines from Italy.” The menu and wine pairings looks like this:
