Leo Libations ‘Flights n’ Bites

The Leonardo Museum has launched the “enhanced” version of their Leo Libations ‘Flights n’ Bites’ series in which guests 21 and over sample adult libations paired with selected food items.

According to the folks at the Leo, “Guests will now enjoy a delicious 3-course dinner, consisting of in-house Leonardo Museum catering carefully paired to compliment hand-selected wines by The Wine Academy of Utah. Each upcoming month features a new and unique culinary theme, so be sure to return month after month!”

Upcoming Flights n’ Bites evening include: 

Wines for Grillin’, July 20: Guests will be served a starter of watermelon burrata skewer, followed by the main course of pulled pork sliders* and potato salad, and finishing with delicious peach cobbler dessert. Vegetarian jackfruit-based sliders available on request.

Wines of South America, August 31: Enjoy a menu inspired by Chilean cuisine, starting with an appetizer of pantrucas (dumpling soup), empanadas de pino* for the main course, accompanied by chancho en piedra sauce and ensalada de chilena, and finishing with a Chilean dulce de leche. Vegetarian option with plant-based meat available on request.

Wines from Down Under, September 28: Explore the wines of New Zealand and Australia, paired with a hearty farm-to-table menu. Guests will enjoy a starter of goat cheese salad, followed by an entrée of grilled fish* and vegetables, and wrapping up with a delicate mini pavlova topped with seasonal fruits. Vegetarian option of light pasta available on request
