Eight Settlers Distillery in Cottonwood Heights is a sprawling, eye-popping distillery and restaurant where spirits such as Eight Settlers Green Ditch Gin, Butler Vodka, Ragtown American Whiskey, and Devil’s Gate Bourbon Whiskey are produced and also where they can be enjoyed. 

This week, Eight Settlers announced the launch of its first ever Green Ditch Barrel Aged Gin, which will be released on Sunday, May 15 with a party between 4:00 and 7:00 p.m. to celebrate the event. The party is open to guests 21 years of age or older. An ID is required for entry. 

Here is the invitation from the folks at Eight Settlers Distillery: “Please join us upstairs where we will have live music by Lost in Bourbon and tastings of our spirits – our full menu will be available. This event is to celebrate our unique Whiskey Barrel Aged Gin as well as to thank our community and its support of Eight Settlers. We strive to be authentic stewards of the Cottonwood Heights food and beverage scene, as such, we would like to extend our gratitude by throwing a party!”
