Here is the lowdown from our friends at Tea Zaanti. “In celebration of Earth Day, we’ve invited our friend, Bryan Hinschberger, to help us dive into the world of organic, sustainably farmed, natural wines. Bryan works with Bon Vivant Imports, whose mission is to bring you wines from Europe that are made with soul, earth-conscious intentions, a minimalistic touch, and so much expressed deliciousness that when you reach for a bottle with our name on it, you already love the wine you’re about to taste. Salud y Amor! Cin-cin! Cheers!”

“The selection of four wines (all available in Utah Liquor Stores) will be paired with a locally sourced platter that will feature some of our menu staples along with some new exciting items!”
