Champagne lovers rejoice! March 25-27 The Lodge at Blue Sky will host an exceptional Champagne Experience weekend featuring Michel Gonet Champagne. According to the folks at The Lodge at Blue Sky, “Events will be co-hosted by Diane Signolle Gonet, seventh-generation champagne maker from Aziz, France. Each event will be paired with one of these rare vintages for an elevated culinary adventure that is steeped in history.”

On Friday, March 25, attendees can shoot sporting clays (optional) at Blue Sky’s heated 5-stand pavillion before indulging in freshly shucked oysters and a tasting of Gonet Champagne.

Saturday, March 26 features a Gonet Grand Cru Tasting paired with bites from Chef Galen Zamarra in the Yuta bar. The experience and tasting will be guided by a member of the Gonet family through different years of the Brut reserve.

The highlight of Sunday, March 27, will be a five-course tasting menu from Chef Zamarra paired with Gonet wines in the rustic and elegant Wasatch wine room at Yuta restaurant.

Each event is priced separately and reservations can be made on Tock.
