Boy, there is a lot of Laurel in this week’s Utah Bites! In case you missed it, Laurel Brasserie & Bar is the gorgeous new restaurant and bar in The Grand America Hotel. See my review in this week’s newsletter.

On Tuesday, March 15th from 6pm to 8pm the team at Laurel invites you to join them for the Laurel Brasserie & Bar X Dented Brick Distillery Dinner. This is Laurel’s first distillery dinner. According to the organizers, “Guests will experience an exciting collaboration between Laurel Brasserie & Bar and Dented Brick Distillery showcasing both the delicious food at Laurel Brasserie & Bar and the amazing spirits of Dented Brick Distillery.”

Dented Brick Distillery crafts premium spirits right here in Salt Lake City, including Roofraiser Vodka, Great Basin Bristlecone Gin, Moon’s Best 100% Rye Whiskey, Antelope Island Rum, Antelope Island Red Rum, and handcrafted Hugh Moon Commemorative Whiskeys, named for Hugh Moon, Utah’s first know distiller of record.

The cost per person for the Laurel Brasserie & Bar X Dented Brick Distillery Dinner is $75 (adults only) and reservations are required.
