Log Haven To-Go

For those of us who have missed Log Haven’s romantic wilderness dining due to temporary closure, I am the bearer of good news. Beginning Thursday, May 7, Log Haven will have curbside dining available, including a special Anniversary Dinner for two.

Although, you don’t have to be celebrating an anniversary to enjoy Log Haven’s Anniversary Dinner. The dinner for two includes a classic Caesar Salad with parmesan cheese and sourdough croutons; Beef Wellington with fingerling potatoes, seasonal vegetable, smoked garlic-rosemary compound butter, and red wine demi-glace; and a choice of Cheesecake with fresh strawberry compote or Chocolate Flourless Cake with raspberry sauce.

Perhaps you’d consider donating a Log Haven Anniversary Dinner to a first responder? Call 801-272-8255 to place an order for curbside pickup or email loghaven@aol.com

Takeout Sushi & Ramen @ Nikko

For lucky folks in and around Kaysville, Nikko Sushi & Ramen now offers Japanese takeout fare from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

I’ve said before that Nikko is the best restaurant you’ve never been to, and it still is. Menu items for takeout include ramen, sushi & sashimi, donburi, gyoza, yakisoba and more. And, with every sushi roll ordered customers get a second roll for half price.
