Yoga, Beer & Bubbly @ The Gateway

I have to admit that I’m not much into yoga. However, here’s an event which could change that. On Wednesday, February 12th beginning at 6:00 p.m., The Gateway, Salt Lake Power Yoga, and Wasatch Brewery will host a special YOGA & BEER Pre-Valentine’s Day class. And, for that week there will also be wine and Champagne available for $5 in addition to Wasatch brews.

The YOGA & BEER class is free and I’m told that there will be “a special gift for the first 25 yogis and other fun giveaways at the end of class.” According to the hosts, “The talented instructors at Salt Lake Power Yoga lead this series with power flow yoga, integrating optional drinking postures. All levels of yogis and drinkers are welcome. Mat rentals are available for $2.”

“Drinking postures!” I’m all for that! BEER & YOGA class will be held across from Rocket Fizz at The Gateway, 12 S. Rio Grande Street. RSVP by clicking here.
