Hops on the Hill
Located mid-mountain in the heart of Deer Valley, Stein Eriksen Lodge invites guests to enjoy craft brews and gourmet food pairings during this summer’s Hops on the Hill series.
Each Tuesday evening, July 9 through August 27 on the Stein Eriksen Lodge deck beginning at 6:00 p.m., guests will enjoy summer suds from Utah’s local craft breweries along with specially selected food pairings and live music.
Every Hops on the Hill event will highlight two different breweries.
“We are excited to again partner with so many of our local breweries and talented musicians for this year’s ‘Hops on the Hill’ series,” said Zane Holmquist, VP of Food & Beverage Operations and Corporate Chef of the Stein Collection. “Our team loves creating a menu that complements the beer selections each week, and guests are able to relax and enjoy great live entertainment in the comfortable, intimate setting at the Lodge.”
Upcoming featured breweries include Squatters, Shades Brewing, 2-Row Brewing, Kiitos Brewing, Epic Brewing Company, Bohemian Brewery, Proper Brewing Company, Bonneville Brewery, Red Rock Brewing, Roha Brewing Project, Templin Family Brewing, Melvin Brewing, Wasatch Brewery, Cigar City Brewing, Firestone Walker Brewing Company, and Drie Tonteinen.
A portion of Hops on the Hill proceeds will benefit the Youth Sports Alliance and its programs to support local sports activities for youth in Summit and Wasatch counties, promoting good sportsmanship and healthy lifestyles through participation, education, and competition.
The cost per person is $20 for food and $20 for the beer tastings. Local bands will play a free outdoor concert on the Lawn from 6:00–9:00 p.m. with an a la carte grill.
