Blue Copper was founded in 2013 to fill of niche of specialty roasters in Salt Lake City.
According to their website they focus on “sourcing in season, sustainably farmed, ethically imported green beans.” They roast at their facility in the Matsuura Printing building just south of 900 South on 200 West.
Besides serving coffee around town on their bicycle cart, Blue Copper coffee can be found in their new Coffee Room on 179 W 900 South. Besides serving Blue Copper roasts they feature quality roasted coffee from around the country.
