Bohemian Brewery and Salt City Brew Supply

This Saturday, March 3rd, at 2:00 PM Bohemian Brewery & Grill will team up with Salt City Brew Supply to host a lager class for homebrewers. Guest speaker Paul Konopelski from Bohemian Brewery will be on hand to help attendees understand what lagers are along with tricks and tips for brewing great lager beers. Paul is a brewer for the Bohemian Brewery which specializes in decoction mash brewing and lager beers, so this is a terrific chance to learn and pick the brain of a pro. Then, March 5th is Paint Night at Bohemian Brewery, where would-be artists (no experience required) will be guided step-by-step by an instructor to create a painting in about two hours, with drinks available for purchase. Tin Angel Cafe  and Twisted Cedar wines

On Sunday, March 11th, starting at 6:00 PM the Tin Angel Cafe will host a special four-course wine dinner featuring Twisted Cedar wines. This will be a truly unique wine pairing dinner with chef Jerry Liedtke creating an innovative menu of Native-inspired cuisine. Twisted Cedar wines are named in honor of the Cedar Band, one of the five Bands of the Paiute Indian tribe of Utah. The price for the dinner is $40 per person for the food and $25 for the optional wine pairings. Tickets can be purchased at eventbrite.com.

 

Snowbird Resort’s Pairing Series

As part of Snowbird Resort’s Pairing Series, the Steak Pit will be the scene of a four-course wine pairing dinner featuring Wild Horse Winery on Saturday, March 3rd, beginning with cocktails and appetizers at 6:30 PM. Food and wine pairings include Wagyu New York Steak paired with Wild Horse Reserve Bien Nacido Vineyard Pinot Noir; roasted salmon edamame salad with Wild Horse Cheval Sauvage Chardonnay; grilled lamb and Wild Horse Reserve Pinot Noir Arroyo Grande Valley, and much more.
