Chef Nick Weaver has crafted an exclusive New Year’s Eve tasting menu that can be enhanced with Current’s curated wine pairings, and a la carte options like fresh oysters, premium caviar, and grand seafood towers.

NYE at Arlo

The good folks at Arlo restaurant invite you to “Join us as we say farewell to 2024 and raise a glass to 2025. Guests will be presented with a four-course tasting menu (vegetarian and allergy-friendly upon request) and optional wine pairing. Make New Year’s a memorable evening as we highlight some of our favorite flavors and dishes from the past year.”

The tentative NYE menu looks like this: 

FIRST:

Bread and Butter

daily bread and quite possibly the world’s finest french butter

Cheese and Cracker

triple cream brie, preserved apricot mustard, seeded rye flatbread cracker

SECOND:

Little Gem Salad

winter citrus, marigold and marjoram, toasted hazelnut, yogurt with orange and coriander

Winter Salad

roasted apple and pear and squash, fried walnut, blue cheese, juniper and brown butter

THIRD:

Squash Fritter

preserved plum and tamarind sauce, Thai basil and coconut, curry

Ravioli

slightly smoked potato and leek soup, ravioli with alpine cheese, celery root and tarragon

FOURTH:

Sea Bass

ginger and carrot broth, pomegranate molasses, ivory lentils, crispy nest of carrot

Duck

braised and roasted, sauce of the orange, forbidden rice, black garlic and peanut

Risotto

parsnip and mushroom, toasted brown rice, parmesan crisps
