The evening kicks off with Gjetost Crostini – caramelized onions, balsamic reduction and apple – paired with Scion Poached. Course #2 will be Cabbage Rolls – house labneh, dinapoli tomato sauce and ground beef – paired with Scion Rizzo. The third course will feature Scion TopoTopo paired with Lamb Chops – tabbouleh, peach chutney, and tzatziki. For dessert there’s Panna Cotta – blackstrap molasses, graham cracker, and blackberries – paired with Scion Provencal Reserve.
