This month’s Avenues Proper Cellar Dinner takes place on Wednesday, March 27th at 6 pm and features four food courses paired with specially selected brews.
Here are the tentative food and drink pairings:
Course 1: Chilled Borscht with goat cheese, fresh herbs & pine nuts, paired with 2 Row Dangereaux Brett Saison – 2018.
Course 2: Fennel-Cured Herring with creme fraiche, watermelon radish, and beer crackers, paired with Epic Elder Brett #11 – 2017.
Course 3: Smoked Roast Beef with rye buns, arugula, horseradish crema, and tomato jam, paired with Uinta Brett Tripel – 2017.
Course 4: Spicy S’Mores with house graham cracker, toasted marshmallow meringue, milk chocolate, and candied cayenne, paired with Uinta Hopscursion – 2017.
The cost for the March Cellar Dinner at Avenue Proper is $40/food per person and $25/beer per person. Beers are also available a la carte, by course.
