“I couldn’t be more excited to launch the most approachable, most delicious lunch option to downtown Salt Lake,” said Elaina Morris, CEO and President of Ascend Hospitality Group, AQUA TERRA’s management group. “We’ve heard the many requests from our guests to open for lunch and, with a variety of options and prices that make it easy to visit multiple times a week, I am happy to say we are answering that request! We are doing so with creative dishes that speak to our philosophy of affordable luxury and celebrate our roots: PNW and the Rockies, land and water, steak and sushi.”
