Deer Valley Resort Summer Operations 2021
Deer Valley Resort is welcoming guests back for a summer season full of outdoor activities, with summer chairlift operations scheduled to run daily from June 18 through September 6 and then for three additional long weekends, Friday-Sunday, through September 26, 2021.
In addition to outdoor activities and live outdoor concerts at Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater, summer Deer Valley dining options include lunch on the sunny deck at Royal Street Cafe (carry-out available, as well), grab-and-go items from Royal Street Express, light snacks, cold drinks and beer at the cozy Snowshoe Tommy’s perched atop the Sterling Express chairlift, carry-out options from Deer Valley Etc. and both dine-in and take home gourmet grocery items from Deer Valley Grocery-Cafe.
The Brass Tag, located inside the Lodges at Deer Valley, offers a dinner menu with Italian specialties including hearty lasagna, ravioli, gnocchi, brick-oven pizza and more, available for dine-in or carry-out. Breakfast and lunch options will be available daily at the Goldener Hirsch Café, and upscale Alpine cuisine will be served for dinner at the Goldener Hirsch Restaurant, Thursday through Sundays. The Goldener Hirsch Café will open on May 28 and the Goldener Hirsch Restaurant will open on June 18 for the summer season.
Finally, The Goldener Hirsch, Traeger Grills® and Alpine Distilling have partnered to create a series of culinary experiences paired with local libations. The “Friday Afternoon Club” will take place weekly from 3 to 6 p.m. on the Goldener Hirsch Bridge from June 25 through September 3, featuring live music.
Live Music @ Garage on Beck
In case you hadn’t heard, live music is back at the Garage on Beck. Enjoy a cold beverage and dishes like the chipotle mac n’ cheese, Nashville hot chicken sandwich, chicken & waffle, Mama’s pot pie, from-scratch burgers, Sunday brunch, and more on the spacious patio while enjoying musical artists like Michelle Moonshine, Columbia Jones, Moodlight, The Boys Ranch, Jordan Young, Ugly Valley Boys, and many others.
Father’s Day Brunch @ Snowbird
Snowbird invites guests to celebrate Father’s Day in the mountains and enjoy brunch either at The Atrium or The Aerie to honor dad.
The Atrium Father’s Day brunch features traditional favorites along with Chef Bruce Phillips’ St. Louis fire-braised ribs, grilled salmon and chilled strawberry soup. The Atrium brunch is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and features live music by Che Zuro. Adults/$54; Kids 6-12/$36; Kids 5 and under eat free.
Or, enjoy an extensive gourmet Father’s Day buffet in Snowbird’s rooftop restaurant, The Aerie. It will feature Chef Ken Ohlinger’s signature herb & garlic roasted beef tenderloin, slow-roasted pork shoulder, sushi & sashimi, and corned beef hash. The Airie brunch is from 9 .m. to 3 p.m. and will feature the great Dan Weldon live. Adults/$58; Kids 6-12/$37; Kids 5 and under eat free.
