The staff at Bill White Farms + Ranches in Park City enjoyed some much-deserved R&R recently, but they are back from hiatus and open for business again, with online Farm Stand ordering and curbside pick-up available.
You can stock up on everything from Bill White Farms’ “Earthganic” farm fresh eggs and fresh seafood, to savory soups, Italian sauces and meatballs, pizza kits, ground Mangalista pork, BBQ meatloaf dinners, breakfast/brunch packages, lobster tails, juicy steaks, organic lamb, desserts, pastries, and dozens of other top-quality foods to enjoy at home.
Patio Days & New Menu @ Log Haven
Dining at Log Haven restaurant in Millcreek Canyon is always a treat. But that’s even more the case when enjoying al fresco dining surrounded by nature’s beauty.
This past Monday, Log Haven launched outdoor patio dining for the spring/summer season. In addition, Chef Dave Jones has just introduced his new warm-weather menu with items such as Stir-Fry Seasonal Vegetables & Pulled Oats; Grilled Octopus with guajillo-tomato sauce; Tuna Tataki with wood ear mushrooms and shrimp dumplings; Porcini Crusted Chicken Breast with green lentil ragout; Grilled Salmon with fresh mozzarella, artichoke salad & polenta; Parmigiano-Reggiano Risotto with pan-roasted shrimp; Grilled Asparagus with truffle aioli; and much more.
Limited Edition Rendezvous Rye
High West Distillery & Saloon has released a limited edition of their award-winning Rendezvous Rye, a blend of straight rye whiskeys.
According to the folks at High West, “The limited release label on the limited release features custom artwork crafted by the iconic Ed Mell, an artist whose timeless Western landscapes bring to life High West’s signature spirit. In keeping with the essence of the original High West labels, Ed crafted the new Rendezvous Rye label to reflect a New West, Meets Old West aesthetic, boasting warm earth tones and a contemporary-inspired cowboy scene.”
“High West’s newest version of our signature Rendezvous Rye gives whiskey enthusiasts plenty of reasons to toast this season,” High West General Manager Daniel Schear said. “We’re thrilled to collaborate with Ed Mell on the custom label, a look and feel which embodies the spirit of the West in a single bottle.”
The spirit can be purchased locally at High West General Store in Old Town Park City, High West Distillery on Blue Sky Ranch in Wanship, Utah, or state liquor stores for $69.99 per bottle.
