Organic Manic Now Open

Salt Lake City vegans have a new restaurant.

|

Salt Lake City vegans have a new restaurant to enjoy. It is Organic Manic, 389 West 1700 South. Operated by personal trainer Carl Freeland and Agi Habeller, a raw food chef for eight years, their menu features a raw food buffet and prepared items such as pecan pate stuffed tomato and living pizza. Green juices are available for take home use. Organic Manic also offers raw food preparation and herbal healing classes. As Agi says, “Food is not just food. It can taste good and also be medicine.”

Organic Manic is open from 11 am – 6 pm all days except Sunday and Wednesday.
