Pan-Seared Sea Bass
My wife and I love the delicate flavor and firm texture of sea bass. And, the key to cooking sea bass fillets is to use high heat and to not overcook the fillets. Cod Piccata
I love lemony piccata sauce and I often serve it with pork, veal or chicken. But it’s also delicate enough to use with seafood. Cod with Lemon-Butter Sauce
Here is a really simple, but very tasty, recipe for fish fillets. You could use any white fish. I used cod here, but halibut would work well and so would catfish, grouper, haddock, pollock and others. I’ve also made this same recipe using peel and deveined shrimp.
