A hidden gem nestled in central Utah, just in between the towns of Price and Helper, is the Carbon Country Club golf course, and restaurant serving up some of the largest shrimp in the world. The restaurant offers the extremely large shrimp to be cooked in three different preparations.
You can order the shrimp beer battered, coconut crusted, or sautéed with butter and garlic we recommend you you try all three. Who ever thought you’d be able to get completely and utterly stuffed from only four 6-8 shrimp. 6-8 is the way they classify the shrimp meaning there are only 6 to 8 shrimp tails to make a pound.
