The Utah Health Department, the Utah Pharmacy Association and the Utah Department of Commerce has collaborated on a month-long campaign to create awareness by placing red stickers on opioid bottles that warn patients about the risks of addiction and abuse. The hope is the stickers will prompt patients to ask questions about the possible harmful effects of their medications and how to combat potential issues.
