Utah Coalition Against Sexual Assault (UCASA) and H.K. Brewing Co are hosting a Sexual Assault Awareness Trivia Night on April 27th at 5:00 p.m. All proceeds from a speciality draft kombucha will go towards UCASA. It is free entry and 21+.

Kevin Bacon visited Payson High School this past weekend, his old stomping grounds when filming Footloose. When I first heard about this Bacon to Payson thing, I was like ‘Wow, this is crazy.’ But you were all just tireless. Unrelenting … You talked me into it,” Bacon said to the students according to Fox News. 

  1. University of Utah Women’s Gymnastics Places Third at NCAA Finals 

The University of Utah gymnastics team ended its championship run with third place, according to the university’s website. According to the university’s website, Utah has had its fourth consecutive third-place finish at the NCAA Championships, and is the only women’s gymnastics program in the country to finish in the top 3 in each of the last four seasons. 

  1. Ogden’s 25th Street Earns 3rd Best Main Street 

The USA Today Readers’ Choice poll released Wednesday placed Ogden’s 25th Street at No. 3 on the “Best Main Street” list. “We saw the community come together to support 25 Street and show the world how special it is,” Taylor Hartman with Visit Ogden said to Fox News. “It’s inspiring to watch people band together to celebrate and vote for their home.
