The February 2021 Fun Guide and the End of the World

The world will end in 2021. (The middle of that sentence is where you would expect me to make the disclaimer, “as we know it”.) But the world will actually end in so many forms, that for many, it will become unrecognizable. Due to these changes, many Utahns are unnecessarily fearing the very worst.

But this is not a message of doom and gloom. There is hope on the horizon. And every dark cloud conceals a silver lining. It’s a much better future than the past we are leaving behind. 2021 will be a wild ride. It will be scary. For many who don’t like change, it will feel extremely volatile and strange.

But regarding volatility, could we really do much worse than an earthquake, hurricane and pandemic in one year? No, we are Utahns. We are tough, self-reliant, independent, and most of us are prepared. So here are my predictions for the year ahead:

The Collapse of Banking and Currency

We will see rapid inflation in the second and third quarters of 2021. Our country has never spent so far beyond our GDP in such a short period of time. We have never known what rapid inflation really feels like. But there is no doubt that inflation (which should be viewed as a hidden tax) was the instrument of choice for our political leaders to attempt to placate all of the independent business owners they have been forcing to close down and go home. The PPP money, EIDL, and stimulus checks are why so many small businesses in Utah are still open, but even if these loans are forgivable, the debt is not going away.

The working poor and middle class will find that their money and paychecks are able to afford less and less. The reason? The supply of dollars (and the interest paid) on those dollars, is too great to not experience inflation. What can you do about it? Do as the rich do: buy real estate, gold, bitcoin, stocks. Just don’t keep hordes of cash.

The Silver Lining

The good news is that our major financial institutions are going to begin to lose their ability to continue to control and manipulate the economy and our political leaders. Banks, stock advisors, investment bankers and the entire banking industry will begin to crack because it will no longer make sense for most consumers to keep money in the bank as it rapidly declines in value. Politicians are beginning to recognize this and they are calling it the “Great Reset”.

As more individual investors want to pour their money into the stock market, Bitcoin and gold, these individuals will want to invest in the next great ideas that circumvent banks and financial institutions.

It might not be long until Bitcoin holders (or other blockchain currency holders) lend directly to potential home buyers, gradually making banks obsolete. This will be a very good thing because the banking cartel is behind most of the ways in which the media is attempting to feed us false information.

The Collapse of the Mainstream Media

The media will continue to produce ever more hysterical news to try to keep you glued to your screen. Do you think CNN didn’t like Trump? No, they actually loved Donald Trump (as their prime time villain).

We never had a president that was such an amazing ratings magnet as Trump, and as he leaves office, networks will see their ratings plummet. This decline in ratings will continue unless they continue to manufacture hysteria and discontent.

Some “news” is effectively “fake news”, because when such a major and fundamental instrument for democracy is no longer interested in reporting on truth and facts, but instead is only catering to a political party and manufacturing consent in order to control their viewers, we can no longer call it “news” or “reporting” or “journalism”. The popular term is “fake news”, but that’s not really it. They need to be called out for what they are and what their function is: “propaganda networks” controlled by financial interests.

What is your propaganda network of choice? It’s clear that they no longer want the free and honest dissemination of information, but instead, they want to distort news, events, ideas, and opinions. Our advice is to turn it off. Do your own research. “Seek and ye shall find.” The truth is out there.

The good news is that these media outlets are becoming far less relevant in our world. Those who still want to produce honest, truth-seeking journalism, will find a way to produce stories through crowdfunding and viewer appreciation.

Independent voices such as Ben Shapiro, Joe Rogan, Jordan Peterson, Sam Harris, Bret Weinstein, and Tim Pool are rising in ratings and viewership. They all have a common allegiance not to any political party or ideology but to rationality, common sense and truth outside of party politics.

They are known collectively as The Intellectual Dark Web. They are all biased, but they clearly state their biases. They will continue to grow in power and dominance as more viewers see past the thin veneer of major news networks.

Viewers will continue to transition to podcasts and watching YouTube videos. The establishment media fears them, so they are denigrated and made the targets of smear campaigns. But it won’t work. We will choose to listen to them instead of the traditional networks until those networks and mainstream news sources become obsolete.

Happy New Year!
