Mountain West Cider and Red Rock Brewing will be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day together again on 4th West this year.

When and Where

This St. Patrick’s Day celebration, officially titled 4th West Fest, will be held on Saturday, March 16th at 425 N. 400 W. in Salt Lake City Utah, after the St. Patrick’s Day Parade. The event will feature Mountain West hard ciders, Red Rock’s craft beers, and Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey, which will be for sale during the festival running from 11am-6pm, that day.

Music at 4th. West Fest

4th West Fest will include live music from local artists Michelle Moonshine, and Swagger. Michelle Moonshine fuses traditional country music with a touch of folk. Her music pulls from influences such as Gram Parsons and Doc Watson; you can hear true southern twang in her voice. Michelle and company, are currently finishing up an album and will showcase their music with us!

Since 2007, Swagger has been playing their brand of Celtic music at festivals and concerts across the United States. They are known for their high-energy stage performances and catchy original songs, Swagger’s music is the expected Irish celebration of drink, mischief, and music.

Vendors

Local food trucks including Shylo’s Mobile Café and Gerlach’s are scheduled to serve at the event. There will also be samples of local goods from Beehive Cheese, Sugared Candy Carmel, among others.

Community Partners

Community partners will be in attendance, including 4th West Hardware Apartments, 4th West Apartments, and a local realtor. – who will have fun games and giveaways for those who stop by. Local goods and services will be available from Beautiful Uprising, Living Canvas Henna, and much more to be announced!

Games

Games such as cornhole, giant Jenga will provide more entertainment for festival-goers. And a children’s craft table stocked with coloring pages and crayons is available exclusively for the young ones.

St. Patrick’s Day Parade

St. Patrick’s Day parade-goers can hop on and off a FREE trolley from 10:30am-4pm. The locations for pick up are in front of the Gallivan Center, on 200 South, at the 4th West Fest on 400 W and Handlebar located on 300 West. The trolley will run to and from all locations throughout the day.

Due to overwhelming success during past 4th West Fest events, Mountain West Cider and Red Rock Brewing are looking forward to many more successful collaborative events in years to come. 4th West Fest – St. Patrick’s Day, will be the seventh event jointly organized by the two companies.

Admission

General admission for the event is free for all ages. Only those 21+ will be served alcohol.
