18th Annual Craft Lake City DIY Festival. Presented by Harmons Neighborhood Grocer at Utah State Fair Park with local artisans, vintage craft food, music, STEM, performers, kid area, dog park, and youth entrepreneurs. Friday – 5pm to 10pm, Saturday – 12pm to 10pm, and Sunday – 12pm to 6pm. 

August 7-28

Concerts at Brigham Young Historic Park. Concerts will be held every Friday evening starting at 7:30 pm at the park located at 100 N State St., Salt Lake City. The concerts are free and open to the public. 

August 12

ZooBrew. This is a 21+ event at Hogle Zoo. Held from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. Tickets are $21.95 with drinks $10 each. Featuring local brews, bites, and wildlife. Helps support wildlife conservation efforts in Utah and around the world. 

August 14 

HomeAid Utah’s Carnival. Presented by HomeAid at the Other Side Village, 1882 W Indiana Ave. Held from 10am to 2pm. This classical carnival will feature face painting, concessions, and a dunk tank. Free admission, with diaper donations accepted for local families during HomeAid’s Diaper Driver Extravaganza. Also on hand will be a petting zoo, cornhold tournament, and a tour of the new unoccupied tiny homes. 

August 15

West Jordan Demolition Derby 2026. Presented by the City of West Jordan featuring drivers pushing their vehicles to the limit in a “battle of strength, strategy, and survival.” The goal is to outlast the competition and be the last car still running. Starts at 7pm.

7th Annual Indian Food Fair 2026. Held at Liberty Park from 11am to 8:30pm. Food, entertainment, and culinary traditions. 

August 17

Celebrating our Country and Freedom presented by America250 Utah. Held at the Utah State Capitol Building from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. This event will celebrate the 250th anniversary of the singing of the Declaration of Independence. Food trucks and patriotic music will be featured and the museum will be open for visitors, along with presentation of the Colors by the Sons of the American Revolution, a reenactment of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and a performance by the Davis High School Band. 

August 18

Somatic Plant Walk at Alta Ski area sponsored by Alta Community Enrichment. The walk will include discussion around plant identification and ethnobotanical relationships with plants. The emphasis is to “notice what happens when we allow our analytical-thinking mind to rest and our wild animal selves to emerge. It will be led by Caroline Pegram of Topaz Healing who is an eco-somatic therapist. Held from 10am to 12pm. For more in the series visit altacommunity.org.

Antelope Island Spider Fest 2026. Presented by Antelope Island State Park and Utah State Parks from 3pm to 9pm. Learn about the island’s spider population. There will also be food trucks, activities and spider walks. Park entrance fees apply.

11th Annual 100 Mile Meal at Park City Mountain Resort. Recycle Utah hosts this celebration of local food, farms, and economy. This year’s event is hosted at Red Pine Lodge at Park City Mountain Resort and will feature live music, local wine and beer, and a five-course dinner menu with locally sourced ingredients within a 100-mile radius Recycle Utah. The History of Camp Floyd Day 2026. Presented by Utah State Parks at Camp Floyd State Park and Stagecoach Inn Museum, Cedar Valley UT. Visitors can experience camp life through exhibits and demonstrations as well as visit the graves of soldiers who died in the service of our country and tour the historic Stagecoach Inn that operated from 1858 to 1947. Held from 10am to 4pm with a museum entrance fee of $5 per person or $15 per family.

Salt Lake City Greek Festival 2026. Presented by Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 279 S 300 W. Experience the sights, sounds, and flavors of Greeks celebrating 50 years of the Salt Lake City Greek Festival. Greek food, traditional folk dancing and more. Friday and Saturday 11am to 10pm, Sunday 11am to 8pm. Admission is $5 with children under 5 free.  

September 19

Harvest Moon Festival on Historic 25th Street in Ogden. This end of season party is free to the public. Held starting at 10am following the annual NUHOPE Suicde Awareness Walk at the Ogden Amphitheater in Downtown Ogden. Featuring family-friendly activities, live performances, and local vendors. 

September 19-20

Festa Italiana. Held at The Gateway and founded by the Italian- American Civic League, this two day festival celebrates Italian heritage, food, beer, wine, historical displays, and more. September 19 hours are from 12pm to 10pm and September 20 from 12pm to 7pm. 

September 24-26

FanX 2026. Experience the fan event of the year at the Salt Palace, 100 S West Temple. Join in the cosplay, visit the vendors, and meet celebrities from comic book artists to stars of movies and TV. The three day event will be the last before extensive construction starts at the Salt Palace. 

September 24-27

Red Rock Arts Festival 2026. Presented by Moab Arts & Recreation Center at Moab Arts & Recreation Center. This festival is held the last weekend of September during one of the most beautiful times of the year in MOab. Partnering with individual artists and community organizations to put on free workshops and events. Events include workshops, a street festival with live music, food, vendors, a chalk competition, and other free family-friendly activities. 

September 26

Notre Dame Church Annual Oktoberfest. Held from noon to 10pm at the Notre Dame Church, 210 N Carbon Ave, Price. Enjoy delicious food, sweet pastries, fun games, and a silent auction for all ages. This celebration is also a local fundraiser for the parish.
