Eat Drink SLC 2026

According to its founders, “Eat Drink SLC raises awareness about Salt Lake’s finest culinary and cultural opportunities. Our vision is to engage patrons with the marriage of food and drink, and share stories about how it evolves, adapts, and innovates.  Filled with tastes, art, people, and joy, Eat Drink is a welcoming, inclusive event for all the senses.”

Eat Drink SLC returns to its home at Tracy Aviary on September 16th and 17th, 2026. 

Nibble, nosh, sip, and celebrate Salt Lake’s cultural community with chef-driven, locally owned restaurants, craft beverages, and artisan purveyors. The 12th Annual Eat Drink SLC will take place over two days in the lush grounds of Tracy Aviary. Each night features different food and drink partners, and is accompanied by live music, dance, and other performing arts.

In addition, Eat Drink SLC invites you to “Savor the Week, September 2026. “Yes, there’s even more eating and drinking to do! The week of Eat Drink, we’ll be celebrating with special culinary experiences at our partner restaurants throughout the valley. Stay tuned for dates and locations.”

St. Regis Farm to Table Dinner Series

The St. Regis Deer Valley has announced its first Farm to Table Dinner Series.  Executive Chef Matthew Fradera and his creative Culinary Brigade will partner with fine purveyors from the Park City Farmers Market for a series of Farm to Table Dinners crafted exclusively with local ingredients. The first Farm to Table Dinner will be held Friday, July 17, 2026 at 6:00 PM and will include special guests Dan Curran of Frisky Fresh Fish and Todd Coleman of Mountain Town Farm, both purveyors at the Farmers Market.

The Dinners will be held monthly this summer al fresco on the Resort’s lush Grand Lawn with dramatic views of the Wasatch. Limited to just 40 guests at $120 per person, all guests will be seated at a stunning King’s Table. Each dinner will feature purveyors from the Park City Farmers Market, which offers a large assortment of fresh and organic products from local Utah farmers. Optional wine pairings are available. In case of inclement weather, the dinner will be held at RIME, the Resort’s signature restaurant.  Reservations can be made at SRDVdining.com or 435-940-5739.

$55 Omakase Specials at Sushi by Boū

For sushi lovers, there is a new omakase restaurant in town and it’s unique and inviting. It’s called Sushi by Boū. And now, Sushi by Boū has introduced two nightly omakase dinners at special discount prices.
