Savor The Summit Returns
Savor The Summit is Park City’s annual outdoor dinner party on Historic Main Street, where participating restaurants set up tables along the street for an evening of gourmet food, craft cocktails, and live music. The event transforms Main Street into a vibrant al fresco dining experience, with reservations required directly through each individual restaurant. It’s an unforgettably delicious way to kick off summer in Park City.
Savor The Summit returns to Park City this summer on Saturday, June 27th, 2026. Some restaurants – such as Purple Sage are already sold out, so you’ll want to get tickets and/or make reservations for your favorite restaurants ASAP.
“Savor the Summit is a unique occasion to gather at one communal table to share a meal in support of our local restaurants,” said PCARA Executive Director Ginger Wicks. “The community’s enthusiasm for this annual tradition fills historic Main Street with a palpable energy, and we can’t wait to feel that special summer-in-the-mountains vibe together.”
Participating restaurants include KANEO, Don Gallo, Fletcher’s, Courchevel Bistro, The Eating Establishment, Le Depot Brasserie, Shabu, Firewood, Old Town Cellars, Cafe Terigo, Flanagan’s on Main, Bangkok Thai on Main, Deer Valley Resort, and Riverhorse on Main, and Matilda.
Guests 21+ can also visit the High West Spirit Garden from 5 – 10 p.m., no ticket necessary, to sip the distillery’s craft cocktails, beer, and wine for purchase, paired with a full evening of live entertainment.

Oyster Pop Up
On May 23, May 29, June 6 and June 12 Sugar House Station will host an Oyster pop up with The Oyster Guy, from 5 to 9 pm. It’s the freshest seafood you can get at 4396’ – 24 hours from the water to the table.
Matthew Lefler – AKA The Oyster Guy – grew up in New Jersey and Maryland where fresh oysters and seafood were a part of his daily routine. As a Salt Lake City transplant, he is bringing his passion for oysters and impeccable sourcing to The Station where you can enjoy some curated wines, craft beer and local spirits alongside his fresh bivalves.
Sounds like a shuckin’ good time to me!
