New Restaurants and Reopenings in Utah

Las Vegas–based Pinkbox Doughnuts has opened its first Northern Utah location in American Fork, bringing more than 70 handcrafted doughnut varieties to Utah County. The opening is part of a broader wave of local dining updates, including new winter menus at Black Rock Mountain and the reopening of White Horse in downtown Salt Lake City.

Pinkbox Doughnuts Opens in American Fork

Known nationwide for its bold pink branding, immersive shop design, and wildly creative doughnut flavors, Las Vegas–based Pinkbox Doughnuts® had expanded with the grand opening of its first-ever Northern Utah location in American Fork at 610 W. Main St.

“We are beyond excited to introduce Utah County—and the greater Salt Lake region—to Pinkbox Doughnuts and to finally bring our fun, experiential, and creative doughnuts to Northern Utah,” said Stephen Siegel, Founder of Pinkbox Doughnuts. “Bringing Pinkbox to new communities is an exciting journey that involves many moving parts, and our commitment has always been to do it right, not rush it. Pinkbox isn’t just a doughnut shop—it’s an experience, and we know it will be well worth the wait.”

Pinkbox Doughnuts currently operates 13 locations throughout the Las Vegas Valley and one location in St. George, Utah.

Renowned for its impossible-to-miss storefronts and over-the-top approach to doughnuts, the brand offers an expansive mix of classic favorites and innovative creations, with more than 70 handcrafted varieties made fresh daily at the American Fork location. The menu includes Pinkbox’s signature trademarked doughnuts, seasonal creations, holiday specials, and a rotating Doughnut of the Month, all driven by creativity, quality, and flavor innovation.

“From the moment you arrive, Pinkbox Doughnuts is designed to be a fully immersive, sensory experience,” added Siegel. “Our doughnuts are made for social media-worthy moments, but more importantly, they’re made to bring people together and spread smiles—whether you’re celebrating a milestone or just treating yourself.”

The American Fork location reflects Pinkbox’s commitment to being a true community destination. The store will be open seven days a week, from early morning to late at night, a rarity among doughnut shops, and will feature a convenient drive-thru for customers on the go. In addition to its signature doughnuts, customers can enjoy specialty coffee drinks, hot and iced chocolate, lemonades, slushies, and a rotating selection of Pinkbox merchandise.

“This is just the beginning for Pinkbox in Northern Utah,” said Siegel. “We’re excited to grow, celebrate, and give back alongside this incredible community.”

The brand is also actively working toward opening its Sandy location, with plans currently targeting summer 2026.
