Hill’s Kitchen Goes to the Dogs

Hill’s Kitchen in Sugar House and Park City is going to the dogs in celebration of Halloween. According to the folks at Hill Top Hospitality, both Hill’s Kitchen locations will feature a “Howl-o-ween Bark Sale” from October 27 through November 2. It is “a weeklong celebration for furry friends featuring a special dog menu, with a portion of proceeds donated to a local animal shelter.”

In addition Hill’s Kitchen will host a Dog Costume Contest October 30-31. “This spooky season, guests can bring their pups in costume into the Park City and Sugar House locations for photos; finalists will be featured on social media for a community vote and prize giveaway.”

Chef’s Signature Series at Fleming’s

The Salt Lake City Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar invites guests to experience a new ever-evolving menu with a spotlight on the new Chef’s Signature Series, “where your palate will experience our chef’s latest inspiration and artistry through refined techniques, seasonal flavors and a touch of their own distinct style.”

At the Salt Lake City Fleming’s in The Gateway, Chef-Partner Rogelio Barrientos Magana’s signature additions to the regular menu include Jumbo Scallops with Wild Mushroom Risotto and truffle butter, shaved parmesan, scallion oil; a Petite Filet with Espresso Butter and sautéed garlic spinach, crispy leeks; as well as 36-Hour Braised Short Rib with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, port wine demi-glace, and parsley-lemon gremolata.

New La Stellina Fall Menu

La Stellina, located at The Snow Park Residences at The St. Regis Deer Valley, has announced a limited-time menu ripe for the season where locally sourced produce and authentic Italian meats and cheeses take center stage. The Italian American restaurant’s fall-infused menu is available now until Nov. 9, 2025.

“Our culinary team at La Stellina is making the most of the fall harvest with a distinctive menu showcasing the robust flavors of the season,” said The St. Regis Deer Valley General Manager Tyler Mugford. “We invite families and friends to enjoy our stunning fall vistas from the dining room and savor these delicious offerings while they last.”

The limited-time menu at La Stellina begins with local artisanal cheeses and a selection of cured hand-cut meats, along with palate-prepping starters of baked littleneck clams, crispy calamari, parmesan risotto, and mushroom agnolotti. Guests can choose from seasonal pizzas including spicy sausage & peppers, mushroom & pumpkin, and prosciutto with roasted apples, or fresh pasta dishes of garlic shrimp linguine, cavatelli all-amatriciana, cacio e pepe, and casarecce alla vodka. Comforting mains include eggplant parmesan, Lou’s chicken scarpariello, Niman Ranch pork tenderloin, and La Stellina cioppino, and a kids’ menu of penne pasta and tomato sauce, chicken parmesan, and fettuccine alfredo is also available.
