St. Regis Deer Valley Sunday Brunch

The St. Regis Deer Valley has kicked off Summer 2025 with its renowned Summer Sunday Brunch, an ideal way to celebrate with an incomparable feast that can be enjoyed al fresco on the Mountain Terrace under the cornflower blue skies of Park City or at Brasserie 7452 with views of the glorious Wasatch. Live music elevates the festivities. The Summer Sunday Brunch will be offered Sundays from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm throughout Summer 2025, priced at $85 per adult and $30 per child.

“We are thrilled to provide the perfect place to celebrate Sunday Brunch during the summer season,” said The St. Regis Deer Valley General Manager Tyler Mugford. “We welcome families and friends to join us in the dining room, on the terrace, at the bar, or at any of our dining entities to revel in an unforgettable summer in the mountains.”

Executive Chef Matthew Fradera’s Buffet menu includes a sensational Seafood Station with fresh King Crab Legs, West Coast Oysters, Snow Crab Claws and Jumbo Shrimp; Carving Station with Chef’s weekly selection of grilled or smoked prime meats; assorted Sweet Pastries and Fresh Salad Station with all the trimmings.

Additionally, a tantalizing selection of small plates are offered including favorites like Eggs Benedict, Chicken and Waffles, Avocado Toast, St. Regis Poke Bowl, Banana French Toast, and Omelets made to order. Relax and sip an iconic 7452 Bloody Mary or enjoy one of the new St. Regis Summer Cocktails like the refreshing “Glacier Garden” that garnishes Roku Japanese Gin and homemade tonic with an artful array of lemon peel, strawberry and cucumber garnish. The award-winning St. Regis Wine Vault contains more than 10,000 bottles, with numerous vintages available by the glass.

Urban Hill July Chef Collab Dinner

In their ongoing Urban Chef events series, the folks at Urban Hill are happy to announce their next Chef Collaboration dinner, which will take place on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 6 PM.

I’m especially excited for this chef pairing as it teams up one of my favorite Utah chefs, Manoli Katsanevas, Chef/Owner of Manoli’s, with Urban Hill’s Chef Nick Zocco. According to the Urban Hill culinary team, “The six-course menu includes a stunning Torched Golden Eagle Black Cod, a succulent Braised Lamb Souvlaki & Lamb Porterhouse Chop, and mouth-watering Loukoumades Greek Donuts among other innovative plates that stylishly combine Greek and North American influences.”

The cost for the July 16 Chef Collaboration Dinner at Urban Hill is $195 per person ($135/food & $60/beverage).

Chocolate Classes at Ritual Chocolate

Ritual Chocolate, located in Heber City, is offering a couple of upcoming chocolate classes for July and August.

On July 31st from 7 to 8 PM it’s “Taste Chocolate Like An Expert,” ($25) a class that will elevate your taste buds. Learn how to properly taste chocolate while enjoying pairings that will surprise you.

The August 28th class is a lesson in “Hand Rolled Truffles” ($50). Make your own hand rolled truffles and learn about the chocolate making process. Take home truffles for your friends and family to enjoy.
