North Italia Riverton Launches Music-Inspired Summer Cocktails

North Italia’s Riverton location brings nostalgia to the bar with its “Greatest Sips” campaign—16 summer cocktails inspired by iconic songs, available through Labor Day 2025.

Music lovers take note! North Italia restaurant in Riverton has launched its annual Summer Sips campaign, “The Greatest Sips,” and have debuted a limited-edition drink menu with 16 beverages, all inspired by the songs they’re playing on repeat this summer. The campaign will run through Labor Day (September 1), turning up the volume and adding nostalgia to the menu all summer long.

According to the folks at North Italia, “The campaign features 16 limited-edition drinks created by bartenders across the country, all inspired by iconic songs of the summer. Three cocktails and a zero-proof beverage will be available nationwide, while others will be crafted exclusively for the tastes of their region. At North Italia’s Riverton restaurant, you can chill out with Everybody Talks by Neon Trees ($11) which brings together watermelon, pineapple, lemon, and soda for a taste that hits all the right notes.”

“The campaign includes 12 new, regionally exclusive drinks, plus three national cocktails ($15) and one zero-proof beverage ($11) available nationwide. During happy hour on Mondays through Fridays from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, the cocktails are priced at $12 each and $8 for the mocktail.”

A sampling of the cocktails offered around the country include Summer of 69, Champagne Supernova, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Eternal Sunshine, Paradise City, Watermelon Sugar, Summertime Madness and more.
