Memento Mori Wine Dinner Set for July 27 at Riverhorse on Main

Utah’s wine lovers are invited to an exclusive 5-course dinner at Riverhorse on Main, paired with rare selections from Napa’s Memento Mori Winery.

On Sunday, July 27th Mountain Wine Storage invites Utah’s wine collector community to join their friends at Riverhorse on Main for a rare encounter with Memento Mori Winery. An intimate dining experience will be prepared by Riverhorse Executive Chef Seth Adams, paired purposefully with wines from Memento Mori, a limited-production winery that specializes in Cabernet Sauvignon in Napa Valley.

Utah’s first and only wine storage facility, Mountain Wine Storage is equated to a luxury hotel or bank vault for personal wine collections. Conveniently located 20 minutes from Park City, the state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility provides secure wine storage lockers to properly house and care for passionate collectors’ most coveted collections.

The Memento Mori Wine Dinner at Riverhorse will feature a 5-course menu and the following wines:

2023 MAXEM Chardonnay

2023 Memento Mori ‘Flagship’ Cabernet Sauvignon

2022 Memento Mori ‘Flagship’ Cabernet Sauvignon

2022 Las Piedras or another Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Originally trained as an anthropologist, Ted Scheffler is a seasoned food, wine, and travel writer based in Utah. He loves cooking, skiing, music, and reading, and spends an inordinate amount of time tending to his ever-growing herd of guitars and amplifiers. Ted is also the author of the Utah Bites newsletter, which is published in partnership with Utah Stories. Before moving to Utah, Ted lived in New York City, and numerous states in the US, as well as in various countries overseas, Spain, Japan, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico. He earned a Master’s Degree in Anthropology from the Graduate Faculty of The New School for Social Research.
