Summer at Deer Valley Resort
Deer Valley Resort has announced the return of its summer operations for 2025 including a bevy of vibrant dining and drink experiences in addition to events like the Deer Valley Music Festival, Deer Valley Mountain Beer Festival, Mountain Biking and Hiking, the Deer Valley Concert Series, and more.

The 2025 summer season kicks off on June 20th and runs through September 21. Culinary experiences at the resort this summer will include casual and elevated options alike, with Royal Street Café, The Sticky Wicket, The Brass Tag, Deer Valley Café and The Creative Academy, all returning for seasonal service.

Franck’s Bellissimo Gardens Chef Dinner
Franck’s is taking over Bellissimo Gardens at Tuscany restaurant for a one-night-only Chef Series Dinner on May 21st, 2025.
The dinner will consist of five courses and seats are limited. The menu looks like this:
First Course-Chilled Soba Noodle// 10 second blanched white shrimp/ chilled pistachio broth/ pistachio chili crunch/star anise fat/daikon kimchi/negi
Second Course-Boiled Crispy Skin Sablefish// black vinegar butter/ braised seeds/ sunflower seed milk/ embrered abalone/ wasabi cucumber
Third Course- Ranger Valley Wagyu Coulotte// marrow orzo/ burnt carrot catsup/ bone marrow meringue/ utah mushroom salad/ lemon bearnaise
Fourth Course- Watermelon Ice Cream Sandwich// candied rind/salted pretzel cake/ vanilla bean buttercream/ carbonated watermelon
Last Bite- Bananas Foster Donut Hole

The Bellissimo Gardens Chef Dinner is $90 per person and begins at 6:00 pm.

Sandy City Farmers Market Returns
The Sandy City Farmers Market returns on June 7th, 2025 and runs every Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm through October 18th at the Sandy Amphitheater Park (1245 E. 9400 S. in Sandy).
The organizers say, “The Sandy City Farmers Market is a vibrant, can’t-miss community tradition! Whether you’re craving juicy peaches, artisan sourdough, handcrafted gifts, or the perfect crepe with your morning coffee—you’ll find it here every Saturday!”
Local vendors’ offerings include fresh fruits & veggies, local honey, jams & sauces, sourdough and baked goods, farm-fresh eggs, beef, chicken, pork, and tallow, plus tasty local eats.
SNAP + Double Up Food Bucks are accepted. Stretch your dollars while supporting local growers.
