Post Office Place Omakase Dinners
Every week – Wednesday evenings with the exception of March 20 – Post Office Place hosts a progressive, uniquely crafted 15 course Omakase Dinner – an intimate affair with just 12 seats and two seatings: 5:30 and 8:00 pm.
The Omakase Dinners bring together uber talented chefs exploring dishes from land and sea: Chefs Brendan Kawakami from Post Office Place, and Takashi Gibo and Brice Okubo from Takashi.
The 15-course Omakase experience is priced at $135 plus tax and gratuity, with a non-refundable $50 deposit required to secure a seat. Each reservation is for one person, so multiple deposits are needed for additional guests. The deposit is applied to the final bill, and beverages will be available for purchase on the night of the dinner.
Chefs Takashi Gibo, Brendan Kawakami, and Brice Okubo are once again collaborating to create an unforgettable menu. Expect bold, innovative flavors with dishes like hon maguro nduja and Chilean sea bass with uni-dashi—a culinary experience they’re just as excited to serve as guests are to enjoy.
Due to the carefully curated nature of the menu, substitutions are not available except in cases of serious allergies. Guests are encouraged to review past menus to understand the style of cuisine offered and should contact Post Office Place before booking to discuss any dietary restrictions.

The Tree Room Introduces Tasting Menus
When I visited The Tree Room for dinner at Sundance Resort this summer I was thoroughly impressed with the ambiance (of course), the excellent service and outstanding cuisine from the kitchen of Chef Diane Davidson. As far as I’m concerned, the food at The Tree Room has never been better.

Live Jazz at Antica Sicilia
Antica Sicilia Italian eatery is now serving up live jazz music with artists such as the Richie Lichini Trio every Tuesday and Thursday evening, from 7:00 to 10:00 PM.
Best known for their signature pasta carbonara, cooked and served tableside, Antica Sicilia serves a wide range of Italian specialties ranging from pollo Milanese, carpaccio di tonno, gambero rosso, and Caprese salad, to panzanelle, bistecca griglia, gnocchi Sorrentina, veal al tartufo, and many others.
