On Thursday, April 3, 2025, owner/chef Seth Adams and his talented culinary team will host a Cellar Experience Wine Dinner from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM at Riverhorse on Main restaurant in Park City. The dinner is part of the spring Park City Wine Festival. 

The evening will feature hands-on farmers and small-production vintners from Russian River Vineyards at The Cellar Experience Wine Dinner.

According to the organizers, “This unforgettable five-course dinner, curated by award-winning chef Seth Adams, will meet expertly paired wines in a stunning dining experience. Each course is designed to showcase Riverhorse’s exceptional dishes and Russian River Vineyards’ single-vineyard wines from the Russian River Valley of Sonoma County, California. These wines reflect the unique terroir of the region and the winery’s dedication to artisanal winemaking. Indulge in an evening of culinary excellence at The Cellar Experience Wine Dinner.”
