Hearth and Hill Regional Dinner Series: Italian Wine Pairing Experience

Hearth and Hill’s Regional Dinner Series returns with an Italian-themed night, featuring a multi-course menu paired with hand-selected wines.

Park City’s Hearth and Hill restaurant recently launched their Regional Dinner Series featuring wine pairing dinners based on geographical regions and cuisines. The inaugural dinner featured Asian cuisine. 

On Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at 6:00 PM, Hearth and Hill will host the second dinner in their Regional Dinner Series, featuring Italian cuisine with seven expertly crafted courses, each paired with specially selected Italian wines. 

The cost per person is $65 for food and $40 for wine pairings. The Italy Regional Dinner Series menu at Hearth and Hill looks like this:

Originally trained as an anthropologist, Ted Scheffler is a seasoned food, wine, and travel writer based in Utah. He loves cooking, skiing, music, and reading, and spends an inordinate amount of time tending to his ever-growing herd of guitars and amplifiers.
